The most common side effects of Nevilast 150 mg/30 mg/200 mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Abdominal Pain, Vomiting, Anorexia, Diarrhea, Nausea, Abdominal Cramps, Dyspepsia, Depressive Disorders, Nasal Symptom, Fatigue, Fever, Malaise, Neuropathys, Headache, Insomnia and Other Sleep Disorders
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Nevilast 150 mg/30 mg/200 mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Lamivudine, Stavudine, Nevirapine

Nevilast 150 mg/30 mg/200 mg Tablet contains - Lamivudine, Stavudine, Nevirapine
Lamivudine is a synthetic nucleoside analogue that inhibits HIV and HBV reverse transcription via viral DNA chain termination.
Stavudine is a thymidine nucleoside analogue that prevents replication of retroviruses, including HIV, by inhibiting the enzyme reverse transcriptase and causing termination of DNA chain growth.
Nevirapine binds directly to reverse transcriptase (RT) and blocks the RNA-dependent and DNA-dependent DNA polymerase activities by causing a disruption of the enzyme's catalytic site.
