Precautions while taking Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet
Do not use Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Nimesulide, Tizanidine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet.

Nise MR 100mg/2mg Tablet contains - Nimesulide, Tizanidine
Nimesulide is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with pain medication and fever reducing properties. Its approved indications are the treatment of acute pain, the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, and primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents and adults above 12 years old.
Tizanidine reduces spasticity by decreasing the release of excitatory amino acids. This alpha 2-adrenergic agonist's action increases presynaptic inhibition of spinal motor neurons, with the greatest effects on polysynaptic pathways.
