Hypotension
Side effects of Norad 2mg Injection
The most common side effects of Norad 2mg Injection are - Headache, Asthma Attacks, Anxiety, Bradycardia, Necrosis and Gangrene Secondary to Extravasation, Anaphylaxis, Severe Hypertension, Arrhythmias, Respiratory Difficulties, Irritation with Extravasation
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Norad 2mg Injection
Do not use Norad 2mg Injection if you are allergic to - Norepinephrine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Norad 2mg Injection.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Norad 2mg Injection
Norad 2mg Injection contains - Norepinephrine
Norepinephrine stimulates alpha and beta receptors in the sympathetic nervous system, causing vasoconstriction and 1 cardiac stimulation.
Overdose of Norad 2mg Injection
The dosage of Norad 2mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Norad 2mg Injection
If you forget to take a dose of Norad 2mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Interactions
Drug :- Alpha blockers:
May antagonize drug effects. Avoid using together.
Antihistamines, atropine, ergot alkaloids, guanethidine, MAO inhibitors, methyldopa, oxytocics:
When given with sympathomimetics, may cause severe hypertension (hypertensive crisis). Avoid
using together.
Inhaled anesthetics:
May increase risk of arrhythmias. Monitor ECG.
TCAs:
May potentiate the pressor response and cause arrhythmias. Use together cautiously.
