Nulet 7.5mg Tablet is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):
Schizophrenia, Bipolar Mania, Depression
Side effects of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet are - Depression, Dizziness, Headache, Insomnia, Lethargy, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Chest Pain, Hypertension, Abdominal or Pelvic Pain, Anorexia, Increased Appetite, Constipation, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Nulet 7.5mg Tablet
Do not use Nulet 7.5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Aripiprazole
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Nulet 7.5mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet
Nulet 7.5mg Tablet contains - Aripiprazole
Aripiprazole may produce antipsychotic effects through partial agonist and antagonist actions. Aripiprazole acts as a partial agonist at dopamine especially D2 receptors and
serotonin especially 5-HT1A receptors.The drug acts as an antagonist at 5-HT2A serotonin receptor sites.
Overdose of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet
The dosage of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Nulet 7.5mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.

Interactions
Drug :-
anticholingerics: Increased risk for potentially fatal elevation of body temperature.
carbamazepine and other CYP3A4 inducers: Possibly increased clearance and decreased blood level of aripiprazole.
clarithromycin, fluoxetine, paroxetine, quinidine, and other CYP2D6 inhibitors, ketoconazole and other CYP3A4 inhibitors: Possibly inhibited aripiprazole elimination
and increased blood level.
CNS depressants: Increased CNS depression.
Activity :-
alcohol use: Increased CNS depression.
