The most common side effects of Olkem-20 CT Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Insomnia, Vertigo, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Gastroenteritis, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Olkem-20 CT Tablet if you are allergic to - Olmesartan, Chlorthalidone
