The most common side effects of Omen Trio 20mg/10mg/6.25mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Insomnia, Vertigo, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Gastroenteritis, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Omen Trio 20mg/10mg/6.25mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Olmesartan, Cilnidipine, Chlorthalidone

Omen Trio 20mg/10mg/6.25mg Tablet contains - Olmesartan, Cilnidipine, Chlorthalidone
Olmesartan works by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily.
Cilnidipine decreases blood pressure and is used to treat hypertension and its comorbidities. Due to its blocking action at the N-type and L-type calcium channel, cilnidipine dilates both arterioles and venules, reducing the pressure in the capillary bed.
Chlorthalidone works by making the body lose excess water and salt.
