Precautions while taking Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop
Do not use Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop if you are allergic to - Prednisolone

Dosage of Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop
Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop contains - Prednisolone
Prednisolone decreases inflammation, mainly by stabilizing leukocyte lysosomal membranes, suppresses immune response, stimulates bone marrow and influences protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism.
Overdose of Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop
The dosage of Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop
If you forget to take a dose of Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
If you notice any unusual reaction in your body after taking this medicine, contact your doctor immediately or call your local medical emergency number.
Overdose symptoms - Nausea, vomiting, insomnia, bloating and swelling in the belly area, restlessness.
Duration of Action of Omnacortil 5mg/ml Drop
It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to show the effect of the medicine.

Alcohol
Drinking alcohol may increase the risk of osteoporosis (disease in which bones become weak and brittle).
Pregnancy

Driving

Interactions
Drug :- Aspirin, indomethacin, other NSAIDs:
May increase risk of GI distress and bleeding.
Use together cautiously.
Azole antifungals (fluconazole, ketoconazole):
May increase antifungal toxicity. Reduce steroid
dosage as needed.
Toxoids, vaccines:
May decrease antibody response and may increase risk of neurologic
complications. Avoid using together.
