Melanoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Bladder Cancer, Liver Cancer, Kidney Cancer, Squamous Cell Cancer of the Head and Neck, Colorectal Cancer
Side effects of Opdyta 40mg Injection
The most common side effects of Opdyta 40mg Injection are - Dizziness, Rash, Pruritus, Fatigue, Colitis, Nausea, Vomiting, Asthenia, Interstitial Lung Disease, Abdominal Pain, Constipation
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Opdyta 40mg Injection
Do not use Opdyta 40mg Injection if you are allergic to - Nivolumab
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Opdyta 40mg Injection.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Opdyta 40mg Injection contains - Nivolumab
Nivolumab a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to the PD1 receptor found on the surface of T cells, reversing T-cell suppression and resulting in decreased tumor growth.
Overdose of Opdyta 40mg Injection
The dosage of Opdyta 40mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Opdyta 40mg Injection
If you forget to take a dose of Opdyta 40mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
