The most common side effects of Ortez 2mg Injection are - Dizziness, Fatigue, Fever, Headache, Insomnia, Poor appetite, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Ortez 2mg Injection
Do not use Ortez 2mg Injection if you are allergic to - Bortezomib
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Ortez 2mg Injection.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Ortez 2mg Injection contains - Bortezomib
Bortezomib disrupts intracellular homeostatic mechanisms by inhibiting the 26S proteasome, which regulates intracellular levels of certain proteins, causing cells to die.
Overdose of Ortez 2mg Injection
The dosage of Ortez 2mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Ortez 2mg Injection
If you forget to take a dose of Ortez 2mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
Antihypertensives:
May cause hypotension. Monitor patient's BP closely.
Inhibitors or inducers of CYP3A4:
May increase risk of toxicity or may reduce drug's effects.
Monitor patient closely.
Oral antidiabetics:
May cause hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia. Monitor glucose level closely.
Herb :-
St. John's wort:
May decrease bortezomib exposure. Avoid concomitant use.
