Do not use Osta D3 600000IU Injection if you are allergic to - Calcitriol IU

Drug :- Cardiac glycosides:
May increase risk of arrhythmias. Use together cautiously.
Cholestyramine, colestipol, excessive use of mineral oil:
May decrease absorption of oral vitamin
D analogues. Avoid using together.
Corticosteroids:
May counteract vitamin D analogue effects. Avoid using together.
Magnesium-containing antacids:
May cause hypermagnesemia, especially in patients with chronic
renal failure. Avoid using together.
Phenobarbital, phenytoin:
May inhibit calcitriol synthesis. Dose may need to be increased.
Thiazides:
May cause hypercalcemia. Use together cautiously.
