Side effects of Palbace 125mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Palbace 125mg Tablet are - Peripheral Neuropathy, Asthenia, Thrombocytopenia, Fatigue, Epistaxis, Decreased Appetite, Vomiting, Neutropenia, Nausea, Diarrhea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Palbace 125mg Tablet
Do not use Palbace 125mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Palbociclib
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Palbace 125mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Palbace 125mg Tablet
Palbace 125mg Tablet contains - Palbociclib
Palbociclib inhibits cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6. Reduces cellular proliferation of ER-positive breast cancer cell line by blocking progression of cell from G1 to S phase of the cell cycle, resulting in decreased phosphorylation and decreased tumor growth.
Overdose of Palbace 125mg Tablet
The dosage of Palbace 125mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Palbace 125mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Palbace 125mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Drug :-
Alfentanil, cyclosporine, dihydroergotamine, ergotamine, everolimus, fentanyl,
midazolam, pimozide, quinidine, sirolimus, tacrolimus:
May increase concentrations of these drugs.
Dosages of these drugs may need to be decreased.
Herb :-
St. John's wort:
May decrease palbociclib concentration. Discourage use together.
Food :-
Grapefruit, grapefruit juice:
May increase palbociclib concentration. Discourage use
together.
