Usual dosage of Paracip 500mg Tablet -
Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day, every 6 hours.
Children (age – 12 years or more, weight – 40 kg or more): 1 tablet, additional dose after 6 hours if necessary.
Do not use Paracip 500mg Tablet for more than 3-4 days. If you do not get relief, contact your doctor immediately.

Drugs:- Barbiturates; carbamazepine; hydantoins; rifampin; Sulfinpyrazone: High doses or prolonged use of these drugs may reduce the therapeutic effect and increase the hepatotoxic effects of acetaminophen. Avoid simultaneous use.
Busulfan: May increase busulfan levels. Monitor the patient closely.
Cholestyramine resin: May reduce acetaminophen absorption. Give at least 1 hour after acetaminophen or consider a change in therapy.
Sorafenib: May increase levels of both drugs. Avoid simultaneous use.
Warfarin: May increase hypoprothrombinemic effects with prolonged use with high doses of acetaminophen. Watch the INR closely.
