Side effects of Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension
The most common side effects of Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension are - Fever, Headache, Insomnia, Sleep Disturbance, Chest Pain, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea,Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension
Do not use Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension if you are allergic to - Domperidone, Sucralfate
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Dosage of Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension
Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension contains - Domperidone, Sucralfate
Domperidone works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain which causes the feeling of nausea and vomiting, as well as increasing the movement or contractions of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.
Sucralfate works mainly in the lining of the stomach by adhering to ulcer sites and protecting them from acids, enzymes, and bile salts.

The dosage of Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension
If you forget to take a dose of Pepsigard P 5 mg/500 mg Suspension, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
