The most common side effects of Pletoz 100mg Tablet are - Angina, Chest Pain, Hypertension, Hypotension, Palpitations, Pharyngitis, Rhinitis, Abdominal Pain, Abnormal Stool, Diarrhea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Pletoz 100mg Tablet
Do not use Pletoz 100mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Cilostazol
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Pletoz 100mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

Pletoz 100mg Tablet contains - Cilostazol
Cilostazol works in two ways. It increases blood flow by widening the blood vessels of the affected areas and it also reduces the clotting activity of blood cells called platelets. Cilostazol is prescribed by specialist doctors when it is not possible to improve the symptoms of intermittent claudication by other means.

The dosage of Pletoz 100mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interactions
Drug :-
diltiazem, erythromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, omeprazole: Increased plasma cilostazol level.
Food :-
grapefruit: Increased risk of adverse reactions.
high-fat foods: Faster cilostazol absorption and increased risk of adverse reactions.
Activity :-
smoking: Decreased cilostazol effects by about 20%.
