The most common side effects of Polaramine 2.5mg Tablet are - Pain In Your Legs or Back, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Dry Cough, Muscle Cramps, Cold or Flu Symptoms Such As Stuffy Nose, Sneezing, Sore Throat, Fever, Tired Feeling, Insomnia

Do not use Polaramine 2.5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Dexchlorpheniramine
