The most common side effects of Qpen 25mg Tablet are - Depression, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Dystonia, Extrapyramidal Reactions, Hypertonia, Lethargy, Restless Leg Syndrome, Somnolence, Orthostatic Hypotension, Palpitations, Dry Mouth, Nasal Congestion, Pharyngitis, Rhinitis, Hyperglycemia, Anorexia, Constipation, Indigestion, Leukopenia, Neutropenia
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Qpen 25mg Tablet
Do not use Qpen 25mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Quetiapine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Qpen 25mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Interactions
Drug :-
antihypertensives: Possibly enhanced antihypertensive effects of these drugs.
cimetidine, erythromycin, fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole: Decreased clearance and possibly increased effects of quetiapine.
CNS depressants: Possibly increased CNS depression.
lorazepam: Possibly increased effects of lorazepam.
phenytoin, thioridazine: Increased clearance and possibly decreased effectiveness of quetiapine.
Activity :-
alcohol use: Possibly enhanced CNS depression.
