The most common side effects of Ramitax 8mg Tablet are - Depression, Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache, Somnolence, Worsened Insomnia, Nausea
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Ramitax 8mg Tablet
Do not use Ramitax 8mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Ramelteon
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Ramitax 8mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Ramitax 8mg Tablet contains - Ramelteon
Ramelteon acts on receptors believed to maintain the circadian rhythm underlying the normal sleep-wake cycle.

The dosage of Ramitax 8mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Ramitax 8mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Ramitax 8mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Drug :-
CNS depressants:
May cause excessive CNS depression. Use together cautiously.
Donepezil, doxepin:
May increase ramelteon level. Monitor patient closely.
Strong CYP1A2 inhibitor (fluvoxamine):
May increase ramelteon level. Don't use together.
Strong CYP2C9 inhibitor (fluconazole), strong CYP3A4 inhibitor (ketoconazole), weak CYP1A2
inhibitors:
May increase ramelteon level. Use together cautiously.
Food :-
Food (especially high-fat meals):
May delay time to peak drug effect. Tell patient to take drug on an empty stomach.
