The most common side effects of Ropark 6mg Tablet XL are - Depression, Dizziness, Hypertension, Abdominal Pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting, Hallucination, Dyspepsia, Confusion
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Ropark 6mg Tablet XL
Do not use Ropark 6mg Tablet XL if you are allergic to - Ropinirole
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Ropark 6mg Tablet XL.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

Interactions
Drug :-
carbamazepine, cimetidine, ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin, diltiazem, enoxacin, erythromycin, fluvoxamine, mexiletine, norfloxacin, omeprazole, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin, ritonavir, troleandomycin: Altered drug clearance and increased blood level of ropinirole.
chlorprothixene, domperidone, droperidol, haloperidol, metoclopramide, phenothiazines, thiothixene: Possibly decreased effectiveness of ropinirole.
CNS depressants: Additive effects.
ethinyl estradiol: Possibly reduced clearance of ropinirole.
