The most common side effects of Rumatin 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet MR are - Diarrhoea, Constipation, Nausea, Vomiting, Gastrointestinal Irritation, Tinnitus, Hypotension, Respiratory Depression

Do not use Rumatin 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet MR if you are allergic to - Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone

Dosage of Rumatin 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet MR
Rumatin 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet MR contains - Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Chlorzoxazone
Aceclofenac works by blocking the effect called Cyclo-Oxygenase Enzymes. It help to make prostaglandins, which produced at sites of injury or damage, and cause pain and inflammation.
Paracetamol thought to produce analgesia by inhibiting prostaglandin and other substances that sensitize pain receptors. Drug may relieve fever through central action in the hypothalamic heat-regulating center.
Chlorzoxazone acts in the central nervous system rather than directly on skeletal muscle. It acts primarily at the spinal cord level and at subcortical areas of the brain and preferentially depresses polysynaptic reflexes.
