Overactive Bladder with Urinary Urgency, Frequency, and Urge Incontinence
Side effects of Soliact 5mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Soliact 5mg Tablet are - Depression, Dizziness, Fatigue, Hypertension, Leg Swelling, Constipation, Dry Mouth, Dyspepsia, Nausea, Upper Abdominal Pain, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Soliact 5mg Tablet
Do not use Soliact 5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Solifenacin
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Soliact 5mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Soliact 5mg Tablet
Soliact 5mg Tablet contains - Solifenacin
Solifenacin works by stopping muscle contractions and increasing the volume of urine that bladder can hold. This helps to control the release of urine and eases symptoms.
Overdose of Soliact 5mg Tablet
The dosage of Soliact 5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Soliact 5mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Soliact 5mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :- Drugs that prolong QT interval:
May increase risk of serious cardiac arrhythmias.
Potent CYP3A4 inducers (carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin):
May decrease
solifenacin concentration.
Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole):
May increase solifenacin level. Don't exceed solifenacin
dose of 5 mg daily when used together.
