Side effects of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet are - Headache, Back Pain, Dizziness, Atrial Fibrillation, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Sinus Inflammation, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet
Do not use Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Telmisartan, Hydrochlorothiazide
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet
Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet contains - Telmisartan, Hydrochlorothiazide
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in many tissues, including vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This action inhibits the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which reduces blood pressure.
Hydrochlorothiazide increases sodium and water excretion by inhibiting sodium and chloride reabsorption in distal segment of the nephron.
Overdose of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet
The dosage of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Telmikind-H 40mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :-
digoxin: Increased peak blood digoxin level and risk of digitalis toxicity.
diuretics, other antihypertensives: Enhanced hypotensive effect.
lithium: Increased serum lithium levels and toxicity.
ramipril: Increased serum ramipril level, decreased telmisartan level.
