The most common side effects of Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet are - Headache, Back Pain, Dizziness, Atrial Fibrillation, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Sinus Inflammation, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet
Do not use Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Telmisartan, Amlodipine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Dosage of Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet
Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet contains - Telmisartan, Amlodipine
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in many tissues, including vascular smooth muscle and adrenal glands. This action inhibits the vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, which reduces blood pressure.
Amlodipine works by relaxing blood vessels so blood can flow more easily.

The dosage of Telpil A 40mg/5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interactions
Drug :-
digoxin: Increased peak blood digoxin level and risk of digitalis toxicity.
diuretics, other antihypertensives: Enhanced hypotensive effect.
lithium: Increased serum lithium levels and toxicity.
ramipril: Increased serum ramipril level, decreased telmisartan level.
