The most common side effects of Trilosar 6.25 mg Tablet are - Pain In Your Legs or Back, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Dry Cough, Muscle Cramps, Cold or Flu Symptoms Such As Stuffy Nose, Sneezing, Sore Throat, Fever, Tired Feeling, Insomnia

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Trilosar 6.25 mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Losartan, Amlodipine, Chlorthalidone
