The most common side effects of Twincal 40mg Tablet are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dry mouth, Diarrhoea, Abdominal Pain, Heartburn, Insomnia

Do not use Twincal 40mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Cilnidipine
