The most common side effects of Tydol 50mg Tablet are - Depression, Dizziness, Headache, Insomnia, Lethargy, Paresthesia, Dry Mouth, Pharyngitis, Chest Pain, Hypertension, Abdominal or Pelvic Pain, Anorexia, Increased Appetite, Constipation, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Tydol 50mg Tablet
Do not use Tydol 50mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Tapentadol
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Tydol 50mg Tablet.

Tapentadol binds with and activates opioid receptors mainly mu receptors in brain and spinal cord and inhibits norepinephrine reuptake to produce analgesia.

The dosage of Tydol 50mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Interactions
Drug :-
CNS depressants: Increased risk of CNS depression.
MAO inhibitors: Possibly hyperpyretic episodes, hypertensive crisis, serotonin syndrome, and severe seizures.
serotonergics: Increased risk of potentially fatal serotonin syndrome.
Activity :-
alcohol use: Increased risk of CNS depression.
