Do not use Udcament 125mg/5ml Suspension if you are allergic to - Ursodeoxycholic Acid

Ursodeoxycholic Acid suppresses hepatic synthesis, biliary secretion, and intestinal reabsorption of cholesterol. Prolonged use promotes dissolution of gallstones.

aluminum-containing antacids, cholestyramine, colestipol: Decreased absorption and therapeutic effects of ursodiol.
clofibrate, estrogens, neomycin, oral contraceptives, progestins: Interference with ursodiol's therapeutic effects, increased risk of gallstone formation.
Food :-
any foods: Increased dissolution of drug.
