The most common side effects of Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet are - Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Nausea, Vomiting
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet
Do not use Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Valsartan, Hydrochlorothiazide
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet.

Dosage of Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet
Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet contains - Valsartan, Hydrochlorothiazide
Valsartan blocks the hormone angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in vascular smooth muscle, adrenal glands, and other tissues. This action inhibits vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, thereby reducing blood pressure.
Hydrochlorothiazide increases sodium and water excretion by inhibiting sodium and chloride reabsorption in distal segment of the nephron.
Overdose of Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet
The dosage of Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Valembic H 80mg/12.5mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
