Votrient 400mg Tablet is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):
Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma, Soft-Tissue Sarcoma in Patients Who Have Received Prior Chemotherapy
Side effects of Votrient 400mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Votrient 400mg Tablet are - Headache, Decreased Appetite, Weight Loss, Nausea, Pain, Breathing Difficulty, Vomiting, Abnormal Skin Pigmentation, Diarrhoea, Hair Discolouration, Increased Blood Pressure, Altered Taste, Musculoskeletal Pain, Fatigue, Tumor
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Votrient 400mg Tablet
Do not use Votrient 400mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Pazopanib
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Votrient 400mg Tablet.

Pazopanib works in RCC is through its antiangiogenic properties via inhibition of the intracellular tyrosine kinase of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor and platelet-derived growth factor receptor.

The dosage of Votrient 400mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Votrient 400mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Votrient 400mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
