To Reduce Risk of CV Death and Hospitalization for HF in Patients with Chronic HF
Side effects of Vymada 100mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Vymada 100mg Tablet are - Dizziness, Hypotension, Renal Failure, Anemia, Hyperkalemia, Cough
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Vymada 100mg Tablet
Do not use Vymada 100mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Sacubitril, Valsartan
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Vymada 100mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Vymada 100mg Tablet
Vymada 100mg Tablet contains - Sacubitril, Valsartan
Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin and angiotensin II, enhancing the protective neurohormonal systems of the heart (naturetic peptide system) while suppressing the harmful RAAS.
Valsartan blocks the hormone angiotensin II from binding to receptor sites in vascular smooth muscle, adrenal glands, and other tissues. This action inhibits vasoconstrictive and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II, thereby reducing blood pressure.
Overdose of Vymada 100mg Tablet
The dosage of Vymada 100mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Onset of Action of Vymada 100mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Vymada 100mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :- ACE inhibitors:
May increase risk of angioedema.
Aliskiren:
May increase risk of renal failure.
ARBs:
Will cause dual blockade of the RAAS.
Cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors, NSAIDs:
May increase risk of renal failure.
Lithium:
May increase lithium level and risk of lithium toxicity.
