Side effects of Yogazam 5mg Tablet
The most common side effects of Yogazam 5mg Tablet are - Headache, Sexual Dysfunction, Nausea, Mood Changes, Menstrual Bleeding at Irregular Intervals, Edema, Change In Body Weight, Breast Enlargement, Breast Tenderness, Abdominal Pain, Fibroid
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while taking Yogazam 5mg Tablet
Do not use Yogazam 5mg Tablet if you are allergic to - Clobazam
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Yogazam 5mg Tablet.
If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.
To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.
Dosage of Yogazam 5mg Tablet
Yogazam 5mg Tablet contains - Clobazam
Clobazam thought to involve potentiating GABA neurotransmission, which results from binding at the benzodiazepine site of the GABA receptor.
Overdose of Yogazam 5mg Tablet
The dosage of Yogazam 5mg Tablet depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Onset of Action of Yogazam 5mg Tablet
If you forget to take a dose of Yogazam 5mg Tablet, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interactions
Drug :- CNS depressants (opioids, TCAs):
May increase sedation. Avoid use together.
CYP2C19 inhibitors (fluconazole, fluvoxamine, ketoconazole, omeprazole, ticlopidine):
May
increase levels of clobazam or its metabolite. Decrease clobazam dosage if needed.
Drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 inhibitors (dextromethorphan):
May increase levels of drugs
metabolized by CYP2D6 inhibitors. Decreased dosages of these drugs may be needed.
Hormonal contraceptives:
May diminish contraceptive effectiveness. Patient should use
nonhormonal contraceptives as needed.
