Hypercalcemia (Caused by Cancer), Osteoporosis in Postmenopausal Women

The most common side effects of Zoledron 4mg Injection are - Headache, Heartburn, Difficulty In Swallowing, Musculoskeletal Pain
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Do not use Zoledron 4mg Injection if you are allergic to - Zoledronate

Interactions
Drug :-
aminoglycosides: Possibly additive serum calcium-lowering effect.
loop diuretics, such as furosemide: Possibly increased risk of hypocalcemia.
NSAIDs: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity.
